Levosalbutamol (INN) or levalbuterol (USAN) is the R-enantiomer of the short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist albuterol (salbutamol).
As a bronchodilator, it is used to treat asthma and COPD. In general, levalbuterol has similar pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties to albuterol.
